Method

01

Set Up Your Ringg Kit

Assemble your kit on a flat surface. Extend the stand to your preferred height. Connect the gas hose and regulator. Attach the windshield to ensure a steady flame.

02

Preheat the Pan

Place your Ringg Enameled Pan securely on the burner. Preheat on a low–medium flame for about 3 minutes. Precise BTU control is key—gentle, steady heat wins for pancakes.

03

Prepare the Batter

Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl, wet in another. Combine them gently—a few lumps are desirable for fluffiness. Rest the batter for 5 minutes.

04

The Cook

Add a knob of butter to the pan. Pour ¼ cup of batter per pancake. Thanks to the wide surface, you can cook 3–4 at once. Flip when bubbles form (2-3 mins).

05

Adjust & Repeat

Use the dual gas burner for instant control. If browning too fast, dial the flame down. Keep pancakes warm in a stack and repeat.

Pro Tips for Outdoor Excellence

🔥 Flame Control

Low-medium is king. High heat burns the outside before the inside can fluff up.

🌿 Wind Management

Always use the Ringg windshield. Even a light breeze can create uneven hot spots.

✨ The Pan Rest

Don't rush. Let the enamel distribute heat evenly across the entire surface before the first pour.

🥛 Buttermilk Swap

Mix 1¾ cups milk with 1½ tbsp lemon juice. Let sit for 5 minutes as a perfect substitute.

Serving Suggestions

Stack high and serve with fresh seasonal berries, warm maple syrup, crispy bacon, or clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam. Sliced bananas and walnuts also make for a perfect garden brunch.
